Hi, I'm Michelle and I'm passionate about helping people feel connected, confident and in control of their bodies. 

I believe that moving well and being pain free is a real pleasure and can create enormous and positive changes in people's lives. 

Whilst the perks of Pilates training are fantastic: strong abs, long lean muscles, good posture (to name but a few), my classes are taught with a focus on improving your movement, building strength and bringing your body back to correct alignment.  

The beauty of Pilates is that it can benefit everybody, no matter what age or fitness level. Whether you are an athlete, a new mother or you sit at a desk all day, Pilates can help correct any postural imbalances you may have and help your functional everyday fitness, stability and balance. You will also find that your muscles will lengthen, tighten and tone, giving you a sleeker body.

I'm a mum of two, a certified Pilates instructor and a specialist pre and postnatal instructor and I have been helping people rehabilitate themselves through safe and effective core fitness for over 14 years.
